How Anise works

The first thing you’ll do during onboarding is review your personalized therapist matches and select one to do an intake session with! If you're not satisfied, we will help you meet with a different therapist at no additional cost.

From there, you’ll meet with your therapist regularly to make progress toward your goals.

You can book health coaching sessions to build new habits, manage daily routines, and get more hands-on support between therapy sessions.
