1. SPONSOR: The #FamilyUnfiltered Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Anise Health" (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in partnership with NextShark ("Partner").

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Partner, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

3. CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins on November 12, 2025 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on November 20, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT (the “Contest Period”).

4. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter:

• Method 1: Instagram Entry:

  • Follow both Sponsor’s Instagram account (@AniseHealth) and Partner’s Instagram account (@NextShark).

    1. Post a video to your public Instagram account (as a Reel or in-feed post) that responds to one of the official contest prompts.

    2. In your post’s caption, you must tag @AniseHealth and @NextShark and include the official hashtag #MyUnspokenTruth.

    3. Your Instagram profile must be set to "public" for your entry to be visible and eligible.

• Method 2: Landing Page Entry:

  • Visit the official Contest landing page at https://www.anisehealth.co/family-unfiltered-giveaway.

    1. Complete the official entry form, which requires your full name, a valid email address, and valid phone number.

    2. Upload your video submission (in a .MP4 or .MOV format) that responds to one of the official contest prompts.

    3. Affirmatively check the box indicating you have read and agree to these Official Rules.

Limit two (2) entries per person, regardless of entry method. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and Partner and may not be acknowledged or returned.

5. WINNER SELECTION: On or about November 21, 2025, Sponsor will select three (3) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (for Instagram entries) or via email (for Landing Page entries) within approximately two (2) business days of the random drawing. The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim the prize. If a potential winner does not respond within the specified time, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. PRIZE: Three (3) Winners will receive:

• One (1) feature on NextShark's social media profile (nature and timing of feature to be determined by Partner).

The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize is $100. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash substitution is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

CONTENT SUBMISSION & GRANT OF RIGHTS: By submitting a video (a "Submission"), you grant Sponsor (Anise Health) and Partner (NextShark) a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable right and license to use, publish, reproduce, display, perform, adapt, modify, create derivative works, and distribute your Submission, in whole or in part, in any and all media formats, for any and all marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes, without any compensation, notice, or approval.

By entering, you warrant and represent that:

• Your Submission is your original work.

• You have all necessary rights to grant the license specified above.

• Your Submission does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's and Partner's use of the winner's name, likeness, video, voice, and/or city and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Partner, Instagram, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees (the "Released Parties") from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or any prize won.
