What are peer support groups?

Anise’s peer support groups are clinician-led small discussion circles, which research shows can increase quality of life by using community healing to reduce stress and burnout.

These recurring spaces are well-suited for individuals of Asian descent to reflect upon culturally-specific topics, such as pressure to succeed, imposter syndrome, and managing family expectations. Our Asian support groups meet for one hour a week, and they are an accessible way to experience Anise's tailored approach to mental health care.
