  • Meet virtually with a certified behavioral health coach for day-to-day support with life’s challenges and help building an action plan to achieve your goals.

  • Access curated psychoeducation resources, content, alternative forms of medicine, and support groups through our digital platform to maintain long-term wellbeing.

Anise Immersion Program


First Month

One-time fee: $350

  • Orient yourself to our culturally-adapted care model through our standardized one-month program. Begin exploring your underlying needs with your clinical team.

  • 3 therapy sessions, 1 coaching session

  • Access to self-service tools & digital platform

Integrated Track


Membership

Monthly fee: $250

  • After completing the immersion program, you will maintain care with your clinical team on this track. Increase understanding of your difficulties and set individualized & actionable goals.

  • 2 therapy sessions, 2 coaching sessions per month

  • Access to self-service tools & digital platform

Well-being Track


Membership

Monthly fee: $100

  • Your clinical team will work with you to determine readiness for this track. Stay on top of your wellness action plan and receive support on how to manage day-to-day obstacles.

  • 4 coaching sessions per month

  • Access to self-service tools & digital platform


All services are billed monthly and eligible for HSA / FSA benefits.
